Since graduating from law school and passing the bar exam, Dual has dedicated himself to learning and practicing trust, estate, guardianship, and probate law. He believes that clients deserve an attorney who is willing to spend as much time with them as is necessary to fully understand their goals and family history in order to draft estate plans that best meet their needs.
In law school, Dual intended to pursue a legal career practicing Federal Indian Law. However, Dual's trajectory changed during his final semester of law school when several family members had to deal with a variety of complex trust and estate issues. The estates of two of his family members failed to operate the way they were intended to. Now, Dual focuses on the nuances of estate planning, probate, guardianship, and conservatorship law.
In his free time, Dual enjoys playing disc golf, taking on carpentry projects, and spending time with his significant other, her daughter, and their two dogs.
